Most people think risk is what might go wrong.
In business, in life, in decisions that matter, that is almost never the real risk.
The real risk is clarity that arrives too late.
By the time numbers are obvious, the market has already moved.
By the time tension is visible, relationships are already strained.
By the time a strategy fails, the cost has already been paid.
Risk is not the bad outcome.
Risk is drifting without noticing.
