Intelligence is not the limiter.
Information is not the limiter.
Experience is not the limiter.
Framing is.
When the problem is framed incorrectly, every solution is wrong.
When the question is shallow, the answer is expensive.
When the goal is unclear, effort compounds in the wrong direction.
Most leaders are not confused.
They are overloaded.
And overload creates noise.
Noise hides risk.
